Winn & Coales has supplied Densoseal 166A for the prevention of water ingress via cable entry ducts in the switch room and power stations at RHS Wisley.
A self-supporting, non-setting mastic, Densoseal 16A was developed for the sealing of cable ducts, conduits and service entry pipes or sleeves from the ingress of water and gas. The firm, fibrous mastic creates a flexible seal around electrical supply cables. Compliant with British Telecom Specification M212C, it can also be used for the profiling of mechanical joints on hot pipes to permit the application of tapes.
