We were delighted by the enthusiastic response two years ago to the inaugural M&E Excellence Awards. This turned to frustration when Covid-19 made it impossible to go ahead with the awards last year.
But now, with a route out of lockdown and other restrictions moving closer to becoming a reality, we’re
pleased to announce the launch of the awards for 2022. On our website (www.maintenanceandengineering.com), the awards are now open to entries. As before we’re looking for evidence of excellence and innovation, with the aim of highlighting the achievements of a group of professionals and an area of industry that don’t always get the recognition they deserve.
There are more details, including what the judges will be looking for in each category, on page 7. The events of the last year made unprecedented demands on the skills and ingenuity of you, the people whose job it is to keep factories running and production fl owing – the sort of challenges that should provide ideal material for an awards entry. We’re sure you have some great stories to tell – so don’t delay!
