At the end of last month we held the inaugural meeting of our editorial advisory board.
M&E has assembled a group of experts in our field from industry and academia to review our coverage and inform our editorial direction in future. We believe the board will help keep the magazine fully in touch with trends and developments in the industry as digitalisation and Industry 4.0 gather pace, at the same time as keeping our coverage grounded in what is practical.
We are grateful to everyone who has agreed to take part (they are listed inside the front cover).
The first meeting set the pattern for the future, with the first half devoted to reviewing the immediate past issues of the magazine, and the second to a round table discussion on expected industry trends. It was a stimulating meeting that gave us some valuable insights – watch out for a report on the discussion in our next issue.
